Dear professional, 

The route to good success is often not as smooth and fast as you expect it to be. But in the end it's more rewarding . 

You will encounter challenges, which at the time might  seem like a considerable reason for you to quit. But if you hang on a little longer, you'd realize that they help develop character and strength.

Yes, you would meet people with toxic attitude, but stay focused. Remember, how people treat you is a reflection of their inner struggles. It does not define who you are.

Always believe in yourself and don't be afraid to launch out even before you are ready. What you've been conditioned to see as failure are lessons to reflect on, and work on in order for you to shorten the time gap it would usually take for you to reach your destination.

Spend quality time around people who: bring out the best in you through constructive criticism, encourage you to improve and support you when you need them.

Lastly, remember that your journey to success is a valid resource to help others who perhaps are just starting their journey. Be nice, patient and generous with sharing your wealth of experience; because true success lies in how many people you help to succeed. Be it in cash or kind.
