2021 has been another good year for me even though it wasn't entirely a smooth journey.  I'm glad about the many goals I set and I've been able to achieve, and for those I couldn't achieve in 2021 - 2022 would birth them, definitely.  2021 taught me many things about me, people, business, the spirituality of accepting responsibility regardless of fears and doubts; as well as how to manage and use money.  However, here are the 10 things that I discovered in 2022.   Have you taken some time out to reminisce about all the transformation you experienced this year? If you have, then you'd discover that most of those changes did not happen by chance. They happened because of your dogged actions to bring about such changes.  Elon Musk once said, "If you give yourself 30 days to clean your home, it will take you 30 days. But if you give yourself 3 hours, it will take 3 hours", this simply means that transformation is not possible until action becomes intentional.  You see, a common mistake we humans make too often is that we wait for forces outside or beyond us to come to our rescue, instead of admitting that we have the power to bring about the changes we desire either individually or collectively.  This is why we must continuously educate ourselves and always accept full-responsibility to make moves that improve the quality of our lives.  Compliments of the season beloved reader, be BLESSED 🤗🎄 🎊 🎉

In order to rise above a "Victim Mentality", you must be willing to take full responsibility for situations in your life and realize that they spring forth from a series of your choices. Ages 15 - 30 are the golden years of your life. You make friends and lose some. You make mistakes and correct them early. Maturity is determined by how often you respond to various life situations appropriately/productively, and is not a matter of age. Maturity is also being able to understand situations/people, being able to adapt to changes, being able to make minor compromises when necessary, being able to plan life, being emphatic and expressing love in unconventional ways.

Sometimes you crush on people, but aren't quite sure if they're also interested in building a lasting and healthy relationship with you... If that is correct, then this is for you. Actions speak louder than words, you can actually tell if someone truly intends building a long lasting and healthy relationship with you from the sacrifices they make for you, the respect they have for your personal values, and their willingness to contribute towards your success without asking you for something costly in return.
