Have you taken some time out to reminisce about all the transformation you experienced this year?

If you have, then you'd discover that most of those changes did not happen by chance. They happened because of your dogged actions to bring about such changes. 

Elon Musk once said, "If you give yourself 30 days to clean your home, it will take you 30 days. But if you give yourself 3 hours, it will take 3 hours", this simply means that transformation is not possible until action becomes intentional. 

You see, a common mistake we humans make too often is that we wait for forces outside or beyond us to come to our rescue, instead of admitting that we have the power to bring about the changes we desire either individually or collectively. 

This is why we must continuously educate ourselves and always accept full-responsibility to make moves that improve the quality of our lives.
