THE IGNORANCE YOU FAIL TO REALIZE EACH TIME YOU LABEL A PERSON

“You are not entitled to your opinion. You are entitled to your informed opinion. No one is entitled to be ignorant.” ~ Harlan Ellison As humans, we’re often defensive or even scared of things we don’t understand, know little - nothing about, or things we will never understand because we aren’t affected by them directly nor indirectly. We don't see things as they are. We see them as we are. ~ Anais Nin _____ The word perception comes from the Latin "perception-, percepio ," meaning "receiving, collecting, action of taking possession, apprehension" with the mind or senses. In contemporary psychology, perception is the brain’s interpretation of sensory information so as to give meaning to it. In the field of psychology, the Implicit Personality Theory acknowledges the patterns we use in forming impressions about other people, despite having minute information about them. My Life's Journey Is My Destination - - and the most beautiful truth I've come to realize is that the imperfections & setbacks of life are scenes and characterizations which all help to create this beautiful story called REALITY - - Always find yourself, no matter how often you get lost in the distractions of this #DREAM called life -- Hmm, but What if LIFE in the here and now was just a simulation to prepare us for something more substantial? 💭 and DEATH was our only exit out and entrance back in to our true infinite spirit nature.

Faith Without Works Is Dead  ((James 2:14-26)) - - Inspirational Quotes Won't Get You There, Action Does. ~ Dan Lok In a nutshell, of course inspirational quotes and motivation speech give you the pump you need to fire your engine (mind); but the fact is, you still need good old fashioned discipline for self-drive (taking the required action) to actually get you from start point A to destination Z.  Therefore I encourage you today not just to feel inspired/motivated, but to actually take that leap of faith by eating the ugly frog (doing the necessary work) TODAY.... No Procrastination 🚫

WHY YOUR BODY SIZE DOES NOT DEFINE YOUR WORTH

Ellen Degeneres once said "To me, beauty is about being comfortable in your own skin. It's about knowing and accepting who you are" and I totally agree with her. Sadly, over the years I have  come in close contact with people (friends & acquaintances, women & men, adults & children, straight & gay, single & married alike) who don't feel secure in their own bodies. Some of these beautiful individuals either feel unattractive, uncomfortable in their own bodies, ashamed or just wish they had someone else's body. Based on talks and studies, I realized that these insecure feelings were majorly as a result of the  physique junk being dished by mainstream media, and body shaming from close friends, family and relevant others they've had to be in close contact with.
