Many  achievers have felt the same way too; but that didn’t stop them, neither should  it stop  you too.

Dear reader, you see... 

Fear itself is a reaction in your brain   to help determine your best defense or flight reaction. This reaction occurs in your amygdala and  results in bodily changes that  enable you become more efficient when faced with  danger.

Fear is very essential for your survival. Internal and External fears  are  the  basic categories  of  fear. Internal fears e.g. self –doubt &  anxiety; External fears  e.g. fear of  heights  & wild  animals.

The essence of life is to evolve. As you evolve in this journey, there will be frightening obstacles in your way to test your strength.

Nevertheless, remain focused and always let your destination or goal energize you to overcome all obstacles, because you are stronger than you think you are. Remember, nothing brings you down until you yield to it.

When you confront  your fears , you turn mental blocks into building blocks.
